Overview

Growing real estate investment firm with offices in New York is looking for a Finance Associate. The Finance Associate will handle daily settlement trade operations and support finance processes across the investment lifecycle.

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement trade operations.
• Review and monitor investment/trade markets.
• Process security transactions and manage daily trade reporting.
• Collaborate with Brokers, Auditors, and other finance personnel.
• Reconcile trade statements and assist with budgets, monthly/annual close and reporting.
• Prepare investor reports and support audits; review trade compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least one year of experience with an investment/financial services company.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 plus bonus.
