Position Details
- Location: Nashville, TN ( Local TN candidates only )
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration, user provisioning, security, and profiles.
- Implement declarative enhancements using Salesforce Flows and process automation.
- Support enterprise solutions across Public Sector Solutions (PSS) , Experience Cloud , Service Cloud , and Sales Cloud .
- Maintain data hygiene, release management, sandbox environments, and custom reporting.
Highlighted Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of professional Salesforce Administration.
- Core Expertise: Salesforce Flows , multi-org architecture, and user security management.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) & multi-org landscapes.
- Certifications Required:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
