Design Construction Manager

Salary: USD125000 - USD150000 per annum + Additional Benefits Design Construction Manager (Owner's Rep) Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + Benefits A leading engineering and consulting firm specializing in mission critical infrastructure is seeking a Design Construction Manager to support the delivery of a large hyperscale data center project in Phoenix, Arizona . This individual will act as the owner's representative throughout the design and construction lifecycle, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Lead design coordination from concept through construction and project closeout. Manage design deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and construction administration activities. Drive project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. Act as the primary liaison between ownership, designers, contractors, and operations teams. Provide regular reporting on project progress, key milestones, and potential risks. Support preconstruction planning, procurement, and contractor coordination. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of experience in construction management, design management, owner's representation, or project delivery. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure systems. Experience on data center, mission critical, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred. Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Location & Travel Phoenix, AZ project location.
