Job Description This job is responsible for developing reports to support management decision making. Key responsibilities include performing all phases of the report development process including participating in client meetings to understand needs and develop requirements, performing data research and data discovery, data sourcing including data automation, creating report visualizations, and managing report deployment including user on-boarding. Job expectations include developing, maintaining, or enhancing components of large reporting platforms to deliver comprehensive end-to-end reporting solutions. The Client Reporting Analyst III will support the Specialized Consumer Client Solutions organization to drive responsible growth through collaborative business partnerships. Primary responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to, an in depth analysis, executive level report creation, process design and partner integration. This understanding will be used to ensure alignment between priorities, strategic goals, and capacity in order to support the broader organization and initiatives. Responsibilities Designs, develops, and maintains innovative automated reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Business Intelligence tools including MicroStrategy and Tableau Designs, develops, and maintains automated data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes from various database platforms, storing data in 'Fit for Use' relational tables Analyzes disparate database sources including relational structures, dimensional data models, and cubes Designs and builds relational data models to support the development of actionable reports, dashboards, and scorecards Partners with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications Creates and maintains required standard documentation including metadata, detailed workflows documenting program, and desktop procedures Works collaboratively in a cross-forward team, learns from colleagues, and provides routine updates on calls related to projects Required Qualifications Solid understanding of data gathering tools; proficient with business intelligence reporting tools Handles multiple priorities at once and possesses strong communication skills Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and consistently shows initiative Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint Advances proficiency in Excel 3+ years ofrelevant experience Skills Automation Data Mining Data Quality Management Data Visualization Reporting Presentation Skills Attention to Detail Strategic Thinking Technical Documentation Business Acumen Business Process Analysis Analytical Thinking Executive Presence Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 Pay Transparency details US - MA - Boston - 100 Federal St - 100 Federal St Lp (MA5100), US - WA - Seattle - 401 Union St - Rainier Square (WA1510) Pay and benefits information Pay range $82,500.00 - $127,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
