Work with large horizontal boring mills and vertical CNC mills. This is a hands‑on programmer/set‑up/machinist role — not button‑pushing. Competitive pay $20–$28/hr DOE + BCBS medical, 401(k) match, and plenty of overtime. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Program, set up, and operate large CNC horizontal boring mills and smaller vertical CNC mills Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Perform complex machining operations with tight tolerances Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure quality production Minimum 3–5+ years of strong CNC programming and machining experience required Willing to relocate full-time to Manistee, MI #J-18808-Ljbffr
