The ideal candidates will provide therapeutic services, support mental health recovery, and deliver evidence-based treatment to individuals experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessionsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as neededMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and multidisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with regulatory and ethical standardsProvide crisis intervention and support when requiredMust-Have QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical fieldActive LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in the state of CaliforniaMinimum 2 years of clinical experienceNice-To-Have QualificationsExperience in behavioral health, correctional health, or community mental health settingsExperience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed careRequired SkillsStrong clinical assessment and therapeutic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage sensitive and high-stress situationsStrong documentation and organizational skillsPatient-centered and compassionate approachEducation & CertificationMaster's degree in a related clinical field (required)Active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license (California)Additional certifications in mental health specialties (preferred)Work EnvironmentBehavioral health / clinical settingOnsite role – facility-based work requiredCollaborative multidisciplinary team
