Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts in the Medical Surgical unit. The role involves providing exceptional patient care and adapting to various clinical settings within the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver direct patient care according to standards and protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Float to similar units as needed to support hospital operations.
• Complete modules onsite during orientation to ensure competency.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid KS or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent medical surgical nursing experience; less experience will be considered.
• Be willing to work nights (4x12-hour shifts) and weekends.
• Be BLS certified, with prior travel experience preferred.
• Have the ability to float within scope and adapt quickly to different unit needs.
• Be compliant with Tier 2 travel regulations and travel requirements.
