Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing immediate care to patients experiencing a range of medical emergencies.ResponsibilitiesAssess and prioritize patient care based on the severity of medical conditions.Provide treatment for various medical emergencies, including but not limited to:Burn injuriesHeart attacksTrauma from accidentsPoisonings and emotional distressViolence-related injuriesCollaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and paramedics.Utilize specialized equipment and technology to provide high-quality care.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Assist in the education of patients and families regarding care plans and treatment options.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.Prior travel nursing experience of at least 3 months is required.Experience working in rural or small facility environments is required.Certification in the following is required:Basic Life Support (BLS)Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)An active license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire or a compact state is required.Traveler must have reliable transportation.Additional InformationThis position is for a 12-hour night shift with a commitment to working every other weekend and holiday rotations. Time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application, and no more than 5 days will be accepted.
