Worker Rights Investigator, Civil Rights Unit

The Office of the Attorney General in Virginia is seeking an Investigator in the Worker Protection Unit (WPU) within the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) of the Public Advocacy Division (PAD). The role focuses on investigating violations of labor laws, including wage theft, worker misclassification, and denials of sick leave, and preparing reports to support potential lawsuits. The investigator will gather payroll and employment records, interview parties, compute back wages, and help mediate #J-18808-Ljbffr Attorney General & Dept of Law
