Team Lead – Construction Surveillance Technician (TL) Location: Worldwide Locations Clearance: ACTIVE Top-Secret Responsibilities Implement orders and special instructions from the Site Security Manager (SSM) and Regional Security Officer (RSO) Operate proposed inspection equipment Utilize knowledge of all construction disciplines, including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering principles Read and analyze designs and blueprints and recognize the architect's intended use Analyze designs and structural complexities intended to mask an ulterior purpose not intended by the architect Exercise knowledge of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, construction principles, and the types of devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance Write detailed reports in English and complete the analyses of issues, findings, and security situations which require staff action Maintain daily logs during the tour of duty Requirements Must have four (4) active years on the program Must have been on two (2) construction projects within the past four years Must have at least five (5) years of experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise: Construction security surveillance Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Industrial or government security involving counterintelligence Construction quality assurance Hands‑on supervisory construction experience U.S. Citizen Must be at least twenty‑one (21) years of age Have and maintain a Top‑Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance Active CST certification preferred In good physical health and meet medical requirements for the position High school diploma or GED equivalent Experienced in the use of alarm systems, metal detectors, x‑ray device, and closed‑circuit television systems Capable of reading and speaking English, and be able to write legible, concise reports in English #J-18808-Ljbffr ContinuityGS
