About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer to lead and articulate its enterprise growth strategy, with a focus on both organic and inorganic channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving growth targets, as well as for the resource allocation necessary to support this growth. This role involves building and scaling the client-acquisition engine, particularly across ultra-high-net-worth families and institutional clients, and leading the process of sourcing, evaluating, and executing various growth initiatives, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. The Chief Growth Officer will also be tasked with embedding Lean Management Principles to ensure scalable growth and will be expected to build, mentor, and lead a high-caliber growth and business-development team. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in growth, distribution, business development, or corporate development within financial services or a related industry. A proven track record in driving both organic and inorganic growth is essential, as is a deep understanding of Lean Management Principles and/or the Danaher Business System. The role requires a strong command of wealth and/or asset management economics and the ultra-high-net-worth client landscape. Preferred qualifications include experience in an RIA, single or multi-family office, asset manager, or private markets firm, as well as corporate development or M&A experience and a Lean Six Sigma or comparable operational-excellence certification. The Chief Growth Officer must be willing to be on-site full-time in one of the specified locations and travel as necessary.
