About the Role: Foundry for Good builds businesses that do good. We are looking for a creative and community-oriented Community Specialist to support Double the Donation’s engagement initiatives. You will focus on producing educational digital programming, including webinars, events, and video content, to educate nonprofit professionals on matching gifts and workplace giving while strengthening our community presence.
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with business partners to support mutually beneficial marketing goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events and webinars focused on nonprofit education.
- Create and support the development of educational video content and community-facing resources.
- Develop promotional materials for community programming, including graphics, presentations, and supporting content.
- Track engagement and participation metrics to inform future community programming and content strategy.
- Coordinate marketing activities with the broader team to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
What You Bring
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong academic background (degree in Communications, Business, PR, Journalism, or related fields).
- Outstanding organizational ability, detail-oriented mindset, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Genuine passion for marketing, technology, and supporting the nonprofit/mission-driven sector.
- Comfort with high-growth environments where priorities can shift quickly.
