GENERAL MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our express car wash facility in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The role is the on‑site CEO, accountable for people, performance, and profitability. The annual salary ranges between $65,000 and $75,000 based on experience, plus bonus eligibility. RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery, and profitability. Build and lead a high‑energy team; deliver an outstanding guest experience. Make data‑driven decisions, demonstrating P&L ownership and operational excellence. Lead by example, embodying core values and setting high performance expectations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to maintain operational standards. Maintain the facility’s equipment and ensure a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree required (Business Administration preferred). Associate’s Degree or equivalent hands‑on management experience accepted. 3+ years of multi‑unit or high‑volume management (QSR, retail, automotive, car wash, or similar). Demonstrated P&L ownership and data‑driven decision making. 2+ years of management experience in a related environment. Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate hourly teams. Mechanically inclined, comfortable with learning tunnel equipment. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new applications. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods in various weather conditions. Ability to operate POS and other typical office machines.

WORK SCHEDULE

Open 7 days a week, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM. Weekend and holiday shifts are required. General Manager’s shift: Tuesday through Saturday. Work may require up to 50 hours per week, though actual hours may vary.
