Director of Architecture – Philadelphia Suburbs

Well-established and growing architectural/engineering firm in the Philadelphia suburbs is seeking a Director of Architecture to lead its architectural practice and help drive continued growth.

The Opportunity:

Lead and mentor a talented team of architects and designers
Oversee architectural projects from concept through construction
Drive design quality, project delivery, staffing, and operational performance
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Play a key role in business development, proposals, and winning new work
Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and ownership teams
Help shape the strategic direction and continued growth of the architecture group

The Ideal Candidate:

Licensed Architect (PA preferred)
10+ years of progressive architectural experience
Strong project management and team leadership background
Experience with business development and client relationship management
Strong understanding of building codes, documentation, and project delivery
Revit/BIM experience preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
