Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you'll build your skills with an average of 6-7 MRI patients per day (from a busy daily census of approximately 40), gaining exposure to complex neuro cases such as spine injuries, strokes, and head traumas, including supporting local student athletes. You’ll also benefit from collaboration with a 24/7 radiologist team and other experienced MRI techs, while having the opportunity to work independently on occasion. Schedule/Hours:

• Weekend rotation based on unit needs
• No on-call duties
• Holiday shifts as required by unit

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of acute MRI imaging experience (open to first-time travelers)
• ARRT (MR) or AMRIT certification and BLS required
• Kentucky license required unless grandfathered in
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR and Siemens Vida 3T/GE Signa HDxt 1.5T preferred
• Strong patient care, communication, and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Deliver MRI services to acute inpatients and diverse neuro patient populations
• Support the health needs of student athletes
• Collaborate with radiologists, tech assistants, and other MRI techs
• Maintain accurate records and follow departmental protocols
