Responsibilities for this Position Location: USA MD Germantown Full Part/Time: Full time Job Req: RQ219381 Job Family: IT Infrastructure and Operations Job Qualifications Skills: Network Infrastructures, Network Systems, Onsite Support Certifications: None Experience: 1+ years of related experience US Citizenship Required: No Job Description Provide onsite support to upgrade approximately 5,800 cellular devices (processing orders, receiving shipments, updating inventory, labeling packages, transporting devices for tagging and activation, and delivering to customer's Service Desk Tier 2 teams). Utilize existing inventory & office automation tools to track, report & archive pertinent data and status. Contract LCAT requirements: Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision. Must possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience (An associate's degree may substitute for 2 years; a bachelor's may substitute for 3 years). Compensation Likely salary range: $63,312 - $85,658 (based on experience, geographic location and contractual requirements).
