Hydrologic Engineering Software Development
Develops, tests, and maintains Army-wide hydrologic engineering software applications for the analysis and simulation of hydrologic systems.
Provides expert technical consultation and guidance to software development teams on hydrologic software design principles and best practices.
Develops system requirements for computer programs, considering architecture, feasibility, interoperability, and Army Enterprise Strategy.
Serves as a computer science consultant on USACE planning groups, advising on software development, simulation, modeling, and technology.
Prepares and presents briefings on software requirements, designs, testing procedures, and results to obtain necessary approvals.
