Shifts: Full Time & Part Time Days, Evenings (flexible based on availability)
Compensation: $21 - $32.8 HOURLY, Based on Shift and Years Licensed

Sign On Bonus - Full Time $2,500, Part Time $1,250

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Available Shifts;

• Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

• Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M

• Per Diem Night Shift: 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M

• Per Diem Weekend Shifts

Position Summary:

The Elms Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support our nursing team and provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for LNAs seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Current LNA license in the State of New Hampshire
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts on an as-needed basis
