Responsibilities Mental Health Associate Manager Opportunity At Arbour Hospital - Jamaica Plain, we work diligently and compassionately to provide patients and their families with high-quality care and service excellence across a continuum of specialized behavioral health services. Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average 20 years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient‑focused approach to behavioral healthcare. The Mental Health Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring the milieu on each of the units is engaging for the patients. Is responsible for accomplishing department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating unit milieu. The MHA Manager also acts as a Human Rights Officer (HRO). Our positions require employees to work every other weekend and there is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts.
