Part-Time Accounting Assistant - 108516 Are you seeking a part-time opportunity supporting accounting and financial operations? Our client is looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist their Payroll/Accounting Office. This temporary position will assist with accounting functions, financial reporting, spreadsheet preparation, and document management. Schedule : Part-time (20 hours/week) Pay : $25.00/hour Status : Temporary (approximately 6-months) Key Responsibilities 1. Prepare bank requisitions and journal entries. 2. Assist with financial and budgeting reports. 3. Support accounts payable functions. 4. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets. 5. Assist with bond issuance documentation. 6. Convert paper documents to digital format for electronic distribution. 7. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1. Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to handle financial information accurately and confidentially. 5.
