Duties Perform general home cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas Empty trash and replace liners Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Complete cleaning jobs as assigned Ability to move up to 50lbs (Moving Furniture without damaging) Qualifications To ensure job readiness, at least one year of cleaning experience in custodial work, housekeeping, or maid service is required. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products. Clean criminal record, verified by background checks. Valid driver’s license/vehicle or Valid form of ID/reliable transportation Smart Phone for communication application (Slack) and job coordination application (Booking Koala) At least two references to confirm reliability and work ethic. Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail Good time management skills Ability to manage difficult situations with clients or tasks.
