Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients\' health status, including vital signs and medical history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Utilize medical imaging techniques as necessary for patient evaluation. Assist in critical care situations, ensuring timely interventions for patients with acute needs. Work effectively with individuals with disabilities, providing tailored care approaches. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to support effective patient assessments and interventions. Engage in senior care practices, addressing the unique needs of elderly patients.
