ERP Receiver The ERP Receiver position’s main purpose is to confirm the receipt of product and/or services at the Field Unit level in ERP. Generate daily receiving paperwork and labels for next day deliveries. Enter items into ERP, documenting the quantity received for each item. Communicate discrepancies between ERP PO and inbound paperwork to the unit buyer. Submit requests for new ERP item numbers to the coordinator based on discrepancies. Compare prices on the ERP PO with prices on receiving documents and report discrepancies to the buyer. Manage the unit’s PO system within ERP to ensure full accounting. Act as backup in the daily inventory backflush process as needed. Work with the physical inventory team to ensure accurate and timely entry of inventory data. Assist the ERP coordinator with daily entry of material transfers based on completed requisitions. Act as liaison with Datamatics for non-hub units: answer questions on the unit’s behalf and prepare unit invoices per policy. Review daily accounts payable error reports for electronic invoicing vendors and address issues. Perform end-of-month accounting for unit expenses using available tools. Qualifications High School graduate or GED. 2-5 years clerical or data entry experience. Basic computer skills and familiarity with PO, bill of lading paperwork, and customer documentation. Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with attention to detail.
