Step into Leadership as a Supervisor: Inspire Excellence: Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top‑performing team dedicated to outstanding kitchen operations. Lead Operations: Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth, efficient, and high‑quality service. Deliver Quality: Ensure all food products meet Dash In’s exceptional standards while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Empower Your Team: Provide the tools, resources, and ongoing training your team needs to excel every day. Optimize Productivity: Streamline processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and keep operations running seamlessly. Champion Standards: Uphold Dash In’s commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence in every aspect of back‑of‑house operations. Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the BOH Manager on inventory, equipment maintenance, and team performance to keep everything on track. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent. Education: High school diploma or equivalent – or – interest in enrolling in our employer‑paid GED completion program! Ambition: Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Physical & Mental Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and ability to use POS technology. Successful completion of background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications: Active ServSafe certification.
