Packaging Designer

Responsibilities: Design and develop creative and innovative packaging solutions that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and brand strategies. Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and budgets. Prepare and present design concepts and final artwork to team and stakeholders for review and approval. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and printing technologies to ensure designs are fresh and effective. Work with vendors and printers to ensure accurate and high‑quality production of all materials. Create renderings and mockups of packaging and displays. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising 1+ year of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging. Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency setting. Strong expertise in file preparation, prepress, print production, plates, cylinders and metal decoration. Previous experience with global brands a plus! Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout. Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production techniques. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions. Experience with UX/UI design a plus! Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
