Integrated Openings Solutions is seeking a People Operations Partner for an in-office role in Fort Smith, AR, reporting to the Director of People Operations. This position supports employee relations, benefits administration, payroll inquiries, onboarding and offboarding, and internal communications with regular on-site presence and regional travel roughly every 2–3 weeks.
The role emphasizes maintaining HR policies, coordinating with vendors, and driving employee engagement.
