The Role at a Glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our TRIO Community Meals team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service. Shift hours: 3:00am-11:00am.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading cold food prep and staging.
• Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
• Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Ordering food and paper products as needed.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Training new staff members as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one years' experience in a foodservice role.

Nice-to-Haves:

• At least one years' experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation Range $20.00-$21.00/hr.
