Our rotational molders, trimmers, assemblers and utility/powder team members make it happen by being flexible, dependable and eager to learn. Opportunities would be for 8-hour shifts on 2nd and/or 3rd shifts, positions may be available now and/or for future growth.

Candidates must be able to:

• work independently, be a self-starter and meet deadlines
• high attention to detail and able to retain and follow detailed work instructions
• detect and communicate molding defects efficiently and effectively
• work through difficult and complex situations without becoming frustrated
• show moral courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealings
• perform simple math and measurements
• create and maintain accurate production records

Some of the responsibilities and job duties include:

• inspects and reviews plastic parts when molded
• use a variety of hand tools and power equipment to meet part standards
• demonstrate the proper usage and safety of hand tools
• properly identifies and prevents defective parts from being produced and/or shipped
• ensures that parts are in accordance with customer and quality specifications, while maintaining an appropriate production pace
