Overall Requirements:
- Pass standard background check
- Pass standard drug screen
- Strong verbal and written skills required – able to handle a high call volume and excellent customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Some positions require Type a minimum of 40wpm
- Some positions require answering high-volume of phone calls
