Job Details Experience: 1–3+ years in 1st/3rd Party Defense. Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 per year. Responsibilities Represent self‑insured employers and their third‑party administrators and excess carriers in occupational injury and illness disputes. Collaborate with the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group to provide a strategic and aggressive defense. Monitor state and federal workers’ compensation regulations and related legal concerns such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and unemployment compensation matters. Monitor industry‑specific regulations and case law to ensure clients’ policies and programs remain in full compliance with the law.
