Job Description:
The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for performing scrub, monitor, PA lines, telemetry, and structural heart & TAVR procedures. Structural Heart Scrub experience is a MUST; candidates without this experience will not be screened. The role involves complex procedures such as balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertions, and cardiac catheterizations. ACLS and BLS certifications are required, with RCIS or ARRT certification preferred.


Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience, including structural heart procedures, and must be fully available for a schedule that can start as early as Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday based on class and trainer availability. The schedule includes callback and weekend call, with an expectation of 9-11 days in a 6-week cycle, and rare floating to other units. Scrubs are provided.


Additional Details:

• Shift: 07:00 - 17:30, Monday through Friday
• Target ratios: 3 rooms
• Accepting 13-week assignments
• Some complex procedures performed, including septal closure, ablations, coil embolization, and filter placement
• Unit systems include EPIC and MAC Lab
• Orientation start date is flexible based on training schedules, final start date to be confirmed by Tuesday prior to orientation
