Salary Range: $19.00 To $22.00 Hourly

CCG Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be comfortable safely moving, staging, and putting away materials throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Put away incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull and stage materials as needed for production, shipping, or other warehouse operations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize pallets and materials safely and efficiently.
• Use a handheld/ RF scanner to scan, locate, move, and track inventory.
• Verify materials and quantities when moving or staging product.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure materials are placed in the correct designated areas.
• Follow work orders and instructions to ensure materials are available where and when needed.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Perform routine checks of forklift equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• stand-up forklift experience required .
• Experience using a handheld/RF scanner required .
• Turret truck experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a warehouse team.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, and handling warehouse materials throughout the shift.
