Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse in Infusion specializes in delivering specialized infusion therapies to patients, ensuring safe and effective treatment administration. This role involves patient assessment, education, and collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize care outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer infusion therapies and medications according to physician orders and established protocols.

  Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status throughout treatment sessions.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients on infusion procedures, potential side effects, and post-treatment care.
  
  
• 
  Document all patient interactions, treatments, and responses accurately in medical records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current state licensure.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in infusion therapy or related clinical environment.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of infusion procedures, medications, and safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Excellent patient assessment, communication, and education skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to multi-task and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
