and the job listing Expires on May 22, 2026 Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond About the Role: Norvia Health is building a platform to help outpatient clinics manage scheduling, reduce no-shows, and stay on top of pre-surgery coordination. The product was shaped through direct work with clinics and is currently onboarding early customers. The founding team previously won 1st place in the Tufts New Ventures Competition (Social Impact track). We’re looking for an intern to support outreach, research, and early sales efforts. Responsibilities: Research and identify outpatient clinics and providers that may be a fit Support outreach through email and LinkedIn (phone optional) Track outreach and keep CRM records up to date Assist with preparing simple outreach materials and presentations Conduct light research on clinic workflows and pain points Sit in on early customer conversations and help document feedback Work directly with the founder on outreach strategy and messaging Preferred Qualifications: Clear, concise writing skills Interest in startups, healthcare, sales, or business development Comfortable reaching out to new people over email or LinkedIn Organized and able to manage tasks independently Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, or LinkedIn Prior outreach or customer-facing experience is a plus Details: Part-time (8–15 hours/week) Summer 2026 (flexible timing) Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. For candidates interested in sales, there is an optional performance-based incentive. Interns may receive a percentage-based bonus for qualified leads that convert into customer conversations or pilots. Additional Context: You will work directly with the founder and see how early outreach translates into real conversations with clinics.
