Mayo Clinic Arizona Ambulatory ENT is seeking an RN Team Leader to coordinate nursing care and lead a specialized clinic team. You will delegate tasks based on patient acuity, mentor staff, and support continuous improvement within the Mayo Nursing Care Model. Key responsibilities include guiding daily operations, promoting patient-centered care, and ensuring effective transitions of care.
