Critical Care Registered Nurse | Fremont, California

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts, 4x8-hour (23:00 - 07:30)
• No on-call requirements
• Weekend rotation part of the regular schedule
• Floating to units as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted California RN License
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum of 3 years' recent ICU nursing experience (4 years preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor, assess, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document all care provided according to best practices and facility guidelines
• Educate patients and families with compassion, clarity, and professionalism
• Float as needed to support other units while maintaining a high standard of care
