What You Bring * A valid Class B or A CDL (Required) * 3+ years of commercial driving preferredbut well train the right person * A commitment to safety and reliability * A positive, team-oriented attitude * Construction experience is a plus What Youll Do * Deliver ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to construction sites * Follow all DOT regulations and LHC safety procedures * Complete accurate logs and inspection reports * Keep your truck clean and well-maintained * Support your crew with occasional labor when needed * Stay in contact with dispatch and supervisors throughout your day Physical Requirements * Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work * Climb in and out of trucks frequently * Tolerate weather, noise, and long sitting periods * Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay based on experience * Home every night * Paid holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) * 401(k) profit-sharing retirement plan * Medical Insurance: * Year 1: 80% of family premiums covered * Year 2-3: 90% * Year 4+: 100% * HSA contributions for High Deductible Plan * Dental and Vision Insurance (50/50 cost share) * Life insurance, bereavement leave, and daily per diem for out-of-town jobs * Paid training & professional development * Free counseling & wellness support Why Drive for LHC?
