Sales Consultant, On -Premise

Sales Consultant – On‑Premise Team Johnson Brothers, a national family‑owned wine, spirits and beer distributor, has been providing exceptional service to our customers since 1953. We represent the world's most famous brands in the beverage industry. We are seeking a Sales Consultant for our On‑Premise Team in the Raleigh, NC area and surrounding markets. Responsibilities Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner. Prepare accurate quotes for customers and submit timely orders. Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues. Maintain and develop new distribution in on‑premise accounts. Achieve monthly program incentives, sales volume and distribution goals. Grow business in multi‑level accounts by selling a diverse product portfolio. Effectively manage and maximize customer potential in the assigned territory. Provide value‑added services to maximize sales. Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations. Qualifications High school diploma required; additional education preferred. 2–5 years of industry experience in on‑premise sales strongly preferred. Strong oral communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the wholesale beverage industry, Fine Dining accounts and sales. Knowledge of wine varietals and regions. Clean driving record required. Ability to lift 40–60 lbs. repeatedly. Occasional night and weekend work required. CSW or WSET certification preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and an MVR.
