Facilities Maintenance Technician, Service Department - Chandler, AZ

What You'll Do:

The Facility Maintenance will be assigned to various duties in the Service Department that interacts, participates, and assists in the effective operation of the shop. Facility Maintenance is responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the tool room and facility.

Job Duties:

• Performs daily cleaning and organizing activities within the office and shop
• Drains the oil pan carts into the oil waste barrels
• Sweeping and floor scrubbing of shop bays as well as polishing of floors
• Organization and cleanliness of the Tool Room
• Assists with special projects in the shop
• Responsible for facility maintenance
• Maintaining lot in clean and marketable condition
• Running errands for company as needed
• Performing additional job-related duties as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• More the two (2) years' experience in building maintenance
• Supervision experience
• Ability to use wide range of tools and equipment to repair and maintained building
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Reliable
• Positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check

Compensation:

• $22-$25/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Full-time position
