About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading FP&A and operational finance across its multi-site footprint. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the organization's rolling forecast, annual budget, and long-range strategic financial model, ensuring they align with growth and value creation objectives. This role involves leading the preparation of financial packages for the executive team and PE sponsors, standardizing financial performance metrics, and leading ROI tracking for strategic initiatives. The VP of Finance will also partner with the Chief Accounting Officer on cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital performance, and will be the financial champion for the ERP platform, enhancing workflows and automating finance processes. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience is required, with 3-5 years in a senior finance role within a PE-backed portfolio company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wholesale distribution or multi-state industrial environments, experience in scaling businesses approaching or exceeding $1B in revenue, and deep expertise in financial modeling. Familiarity with M&A environments and advanced data mastery, including the ability to leverage ERP and Power BI, are also essential. The role demands a professional who can build and lead a high-performing FP&A and financial analytics function and who is adept at preparing materials for Boards, lenders, and PE sponsors in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
