En Chick-fil-A East Fordham Road In-Line, el puesto de Miembro del Equipo de Back-of-House (Cocina) es más que un simple empleo; es una oportunidad para desarrollar habilidades valiosas mientras servimos a nuestros clientes y trabajamos como parte de un equipo de alto rendimiento. Horario del Puesto
Esta vacante es de aproximadamente 30 horas por semana. Los candidatos deben tener disponibilidad para trabajar aproximadamente de 5:15 PM a 11:15 PM, cinco días por semana, de lunes a sábado. Los Miembros del Equipo tendrán un día libre durante la semana laboral de lunes a sábado, según las necesidades operacionales. El restaurante está cerrado los domingos.
Podrían surgir oportunidades para trabajar turnos adicionales según las necesidades operacionales y la disponibilidad del empleado.

Responsabilidades del Miembro del Equipo de Back-of-House
- Preparar y ensamblar alimentos de acuerdo con los estándares y procedimientos de Chick-fil-A East Fordham Road In-Line
- Mantener altos estándares de calidad, precisión y presentación de los alimentos
- Seguir los procedimientos aplicables de seguridad alimentaria, saneamiento y seguridad en el lugar de trabajo
- Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias, organizadas y debidamente abastecidas
- Apoyar el manejo, almacenamiento y preparación seguros de los alimentos y suministros del restaurante
- Trabajar de manera rápida y minuciosa en un ambiente de trabajo dinámico
- Trabajar de manera colaborativa como parte de un equipo
- Comunicarse eficazmente con los Miembros del Equipo y los Líderes del Restaurante
- Apoyar y mantener la visión y los valores del Restaurante
- Cumplir con las normas aplicables de uniforme y apariencia
- Realizar las funciones físicas esenciales del puesto
- Realizar otras funciones que le sean asignadas
Calificaciones y Requisitos
- Tener al menos 18 años de edad
- Estar legalmente autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
- Ser constante y confiable
- Tener una actitud positiva y disposición para servir a los demás
- Tener sólidas habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
- Ser detallista y capaz de manejar múltiples responsabilidades
- Poder trabajar eficazmente tanto de manera independiente como como parte de un equipo
- Poder presentarse al trabajo puntualmente y de manera confiable para los turnos programados
- Poder realizar las funciones físicas esenciales del puesto, incluyendo levantar, cargar y/o empujar artículos que pesen hasta 50 libras
- Poder permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados mientras realiza las funciones esenciales del puesto
- Sentirse cómodo aprendiendo y siguiendo los procedimientos del restaurante relacionados con la preparación de alimentos, la seguridad alimentaria y las operaciones
- Las habilidades bilingües, particularmente en español, son una ventaja
