Must have a teamwork approach and meet ProMedica behavioral expectations. Must be able to adhere to call off policy - strongly enforced. Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg/Tele and Med Surg. Ratios: 1: 4-5. Years of experience required: 2. First-timers accepted: Yes if greater than 3 years of experience. Weekends required: Yes – every other. Certifications required: ACLS, BCLS, NIH. Is on-call required? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - will float to other areas as needed and will be given an assignment appropriate to experience and scope of practice including ICU, ER and Behavioral Health. Will float to Monroe Hickman as needed. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: No. Local radius rule: No locals accepted 50 miles or less. Pending license accepted: No. RTO restrictions: Greater than 7 days will require management approval. Special requirements: Patient age group: Adults, Geriatrics. Shift details: 12 hrs.
