Bilingual Data Entry Representative – Overage Department

• Miami, FL 33142 (Airport area) - Onsite
• Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• $17.50/hr | Temp-to-Perm

We are partnering with a stable, well-established company in the environmental services industry to hire a Bilingual Data Entry Representative for their Overage Department.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a structured environment, and thrives in high-volume data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
• Process information from internal systems into Excel spreadsheets
• Review and analyze overage photos to ensure proper documentation
• Maintain data integrity and organized reporting
• Communicate discrepancies or required updates to internal team members
• Work independently while meeting productivity expectations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working in spreadsheets
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work 8 hours at a computer reviewing and processing data
• Previous data entry, administrative, or processing experience preferred
