Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies portfolio in the United States. You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary CS organization to deliver exceptional customer experience across the lifecycle—from initial engagement to long-term value realization. You will own the Go-to-Market strategy, enable Sales, Marketing, and R&D, and drive portfolio growth through analytics, customer insights, and strategic partnerships.
