Consistently document patient’s medical history and progress. Communicate problems to supervisors and other team members. Qualifications Certification from an accredited program. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
