Practice Manager - Dermatology Clinic

Practice Manager responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, financial performance, staff supervision, scheduling, and customer service initiatives. Manages productivity, reporting, policy implementation, employee performance, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with providers and administration to ensure operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and achievement of organizational goals. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree preferred; a master's degree is considered a plus. Experience Minimum two years clinic management experience preferred. Five years of healthcare experience preferred. Certification MGMA (Medical Group Management Association) or ACHE (American College of Healthcare Executives). Special Qualifications Proficient in using computer software, office systems, and digital communication tools. Skilled in managing office operations, administrative functions, and organizational responsibilities.
