Position Overview

We're on the lookout for a talented and empathetic Ultrasound Imaging Specialist eager to join a progressive team of dedicated imaging professionals. • Conducting a thorough range of ultrasound examinations, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritizing patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure, providing clear and comforting explanations
• Working closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality images essential for diagnosis
• Managing imaging equipment proactively, addressing any malfunctions swiftly
• Accurately documenting all procedures and ensuring patient records are meticulously maintained within the electronic system
• Keeping abreast of advancements in ultrasound techniques and imaging best practices

Education Requirements:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications:

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or similar
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
