Customer Experience & Operations Manager – Galveston, TX

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Customer Experience & Operations Manager to join our Galveston team and help elevate both customer satisfaction and daily operations.

- Lead customer service initiatives through direct interaction and outreach programs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet and exceed expectations
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of service satisfaction
- Partner with support staff and independent contractor drivers to enhance recruiting and retention efforts
- Foster clear, consistent communication across teams and with customers
- Support a collaborative and positive workplace culture
- Oversee vehicle maintenance planning to ensure fleet availability and efficiency
- Implement safety programs and onboarding processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Monitor operational performance and service delivery
- Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics
- Partner with the General Manager to track performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans
- Ensure location goals for financial performance, safety, and service are consistently met
- Support contract renewals with insights and operational data
- Enforce company policies and participate in employee relations initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborative leadership style with a team-first mindset
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in operations, customer service management, or a related field preferred
