Night Turn RN or LPN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Night Turn RN or LPN to join our team at Gables Care Center in Hopedale, OH. As a Night Turn RN or LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Maintain accuracy of patient records and report any incidents or concerns

• Provide dignified and respectful care to residents, ensuring their personal and physical needs are met

• Assist physicians during rounds and provide guidance and training to aides

• Demonstrate proficient nursing skills and maintain a safe and clean environment

Qualifications:

• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

• High school graduate/GED

• Long-term care experience, good communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care
