In this role, you'll own the production schedules for various programs in the Denver Electronics Center. This includes developing a plan with cross functional stakeholders and driving the team to hit cost and schedule. This role also includes assisting the shop in long range capacity and demand strategic conversations. You'll have the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and team-centric environment.Summary of Key Duties:Build and maintain all production schedulesCollaborate cross-functionally to align production plans with shop internal and external stakeholdersUpdate schedule information in our ERP system (SAP)Evaluate risks to determine impacts to business operations (material constraints, bottlenecks, engineering changes, quality concerns, etc)Identify schedule improvement opportunities, with a focus on on-time deliveryGenerate reports and metrics to provide performance status to leadershipConsult leadership on strategy with shop capacity and future demandBasic Qualifications:1-2 years of previous planning or scheduling experience within a production, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environmentDue to the programs we support, U.S. Citizenship is requiredDesired Skills:Bachelors degree in Supply chain, Operations or related disciplinePrefer 3+ years of previous planning or scheduling experience within a production, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environmentMicrosoft Office Proficiency (Powerpoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project)Logistics/Material Planning experienceFamiliarity with SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) softwareExperience using data to develop metricsProject management experienceStrong communication skills, emotional intelligence, & interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced team environmentPay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
